In applying to take part in this experience, the following terms and conditions are fixed and accepted:
As there is no payment, the terms and conditions that apply to contracts under UK law are not valid.
There can be no legal recourse to financial or other compensation or recompense, before, during or after the experience.
Although every endeavour is made to protect your safety, hygiene and welfare, both physical and psychological, you remain ultimately responsible for every act or inaction you take in regards to your participation. No liability will be assumed by Mistress Clockwise or other parties, howsoever caused. You are advised to ensure you have your own private, appropriate insurance for any activity or location you attend.
In partaking in this experience, it is possible that minor damage to skin, other parts or property may occur as a side-effect. If requested, every means to minimise this will be attempted, however such occurrences remain an occasional and unavoidable risk of participation in the experience.
Every effort will be made to maintain your confidentiality, and such consideration is expected in return. Any alteration to this, such as footage, event attendance or other disclosure is to be pre-arranged and agreed by both parties. Confidentiality is not guaranteed in the event of gross sexual misconduct, violence or threatening or coercive behaviour on the part of the applicant. Such behaviour, should it occur, will be reported to the police, national safety groups and event organisers as appropriate.
This is classified as a voluntary immersive experience, for which no financial transaction is involved or implied. There are no sexual services involved or implied
Any goods, services or monetary tribute provided form part of the immersive experience and cannot be later reclaimed, charged or rescinded
The scope of this experience is limited to the terms set by Mistress Clockwise, and subject to change. There is no guarantee of continuing contact, interaction, or other reward, beyond that which is offered.
This is not a medical or psychiatric service, nor is it a substitute for such.
All persons applying confirm they are over 21 years of age, of sound mind and body, and agree to disclose any factors; physical, personal or psychiatric history, which are likely to present a danger to either party or trigger unexpected experiences, or impair or limit understanding of the experience they are applying to undertake. Such factors will not necessarily preclude applicants from participation, and every effort will be made to accommodate those who are deemed suitable to participate in this experience
Although this experience aims to be inclusive, full disclosure of any limiting factors is required, and may render the applicant unsuitable for the experience. This will be determined by Mistress Clockwise and no recourse, legal, financial or otherwise, is available should you not be selected, or later ejected from the experience based on these or any other factors.
This is classified as an immersive experience, which is voluntary and may be terminated immediately by either party, at any time, by verbal expression of wish to terminate. Any enactments of restraint or peril are for entertainment purposes only, and do not represent any genuine threat or incarceration.
This immersive experience takes the nature of being an owned, possibly collared, submissive or slave, acting to serve Mistress Clockwise, medical fetishist, disciplinarian, dominant and science-fiction alpha female persona, in whatever role she deems fit. This does not affect your statutory or human rights.
